Capital Cities

Over the summer, we (William and I ) have been to two capital cities, London and Cardiff.

In London, our  Nanna and Grandad took us on a tour of  Buckingham palace. There were lots of gold ceilings and patterns. It was lovely, we had a sort of walkie talkie that told us about it’s history and all about the things inside and out. We have also been on the London eye. It was amazing for you could see for miles. We went really high and William and I kept on running from one window to another.

We have been to Cardiff twice. The first time was to see the rugby, Wales against England at the Millenium Stadium. Wales won much to Grandad and Dads dismay. Their throats were sore from shouting but when the match had finished Will was on Dads shoulders shouting “Wales Wales” at the top of his voice, (poor dad).

The second time we went for mum and dads anniversary. We went to  the premier inn then we went and had a nosy round town. We had lunch in a sort of park. After we went to watch “Cars 2”. It was wonderful ,very good. After we walked down to Cardiff bay and had dinner. We stayed there till dark, it was very nice. The next day we went shopping. Will and I bought  toys.

I wonder what capital cities we will visit when we go travelling.
